New Team Member Referral Bonus
RHOC will pay an employee a $100.00 referral bonus for any validly referred new employee, after that new employee completes 6 weeks of active employment with RHOC. This bonus will apply to any referrals between 8/17/2021 and 11/9/2021 or later if the program is extended. A valid referral will be:
- The current employee making the referral completes and submits a new employee referral form, before the application for employment is made.
- The referred applicant is hired and is in continuing active employment for a period of 6 weeks from their date of employment with RHOC.
