- It is Red Hed Oil Co.’s intention to continue to provide an employee the opportunity to work their usual number of hours per week. Red Hed would like for all employees to be able to earn their wages rather than look for a government payment.
- Due to economic slowdown Red Hed may have to reduce store operating hours and scheduled work hours. Those employees that may be affected, may have an opportunity to make up any lost income through a government provided program. Red Hed is currently investigating this on your behalf.
- Red Hed is offering a temporary Paid Leave program using the same program guidelines and rules as are contained in the federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
- Red Hed’s temporary Paid Leave program is effective beginning Wednesday, March 25th, 2020, for any employee that meets the requirements of the FFCRA. The federally sponsored program is effective beginning April 1, 2020.
- An employee will be interviewed by telephone and may need to provide documentation proving eligibility for the Paid Leave program before actually receiving pay under that program.
- An employee that chooses not to work for reasons not listed in the federal FFCRA will not receive Paid Leave.
- Please review the resource links found on the Resources page for more information about what the FFCRA is and who and when you may be eligible.
- The Red Hed Temporary Paid Leave policy was scheduled to expire on 12/31/2020, but has been extended to expire on 12/28/2021.
