Temporary Paid Leave Benefit Extended to 3/31/2021

With the passing and signing into law on 12/30/2020 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 by the U.S. Congress and the President of the United States, the provisions that allow Red Hed Oil Co. / REDI MART to offer the Temporary Paid Leave Benefit have been extended beyond 12/31/2020 until 3/31/2021. The online application form does not change and no terms of the policy are changed from the original.

Temporary Incentive Pay Program extended until June 2, 2020

Program extended again until June 2, 2020.

Summary of the temporary incentive pay program.

  • From April 1, 2020, until April 28, 2020 May 12, 2020 June 2, 2020, your employer will pay an incentive pay rate to all employees for hours worked.  This will apply to all salaried employees also.
  • The additional incentive rate is $2.00 per hour for hourly pay and $100.00 per week for salaried employees.

Temp Paid Leave Benefit Application is now online

We now have posted the online application form for the Temporary Paid Leave Benefit. This benefit only extends to employees who meet 1 of the 6 required reasons for needing to take a leave from work.

If you are one of the few #TeamREDIMART employees that is or has already taking or taken leave, you will still need to complete this form, before we can process your claim for Paid Leave.

When should I self-quarantine?

  • If you have been notified that you have been in contact with the person who has tested positive for COVID-19, then you should self-quarantine for 14 days.
  • Please notify your Store Manager or Supervisor with the details as soon as possible.
