With the passing and signing into law on 12/30/2020 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 by the U.S. Congress and the President of the United States, the provisions that allow Red Hed Oil Co. / REDI MART to offer the Temporary Paid Leave Benefit have been extended beyond 12/31/2020 until 3/31/2021. The online application form does not change and no terms of the policy are changed from the original.

Summary of the temporary incentive pay program.
- From April 1, 2020, until
April 28, 2020May 12, 2020June 2, 2020, your employer will pay an incentive pay rate to all employees for hours worked. This will apply to all salaried employees also. - The additional incentive rate is $2.00 per hour for hourly pay and $100.00 per week for salaried employees.

We now have posted the online application form for the Temporary Paid Leave Benefit. This benefit only extends to employees who meet 1 of the 6 required reasons for needing to take a leave from work.

When should I self-quarantine?
- If you have been notified that you have been in contact with the person who has tested positive for COVID-19, then you should self-quarantine for 14 days.
- Please notify your Store Manager or Supervisor with the details as soon as possible.
- When you do not report to work out of fear, your co-workers have to make up the difference. #TeamREDIMART needs everyone who is able to pull their weight. Without you, your communities REDI MART store may have to close due to lack of workforce.
- Unless you have been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, you should be coming to work as scheduled or requested.
