New Hire Referral Form now available

As part of the previously communicated New Hire Referral Bonus program, the New Hire Referral Form is now available for your use. You can find the form on the menu under Online Forms.

New Team Member Referral Bonus

RHOC will pay an employee a $100.00 referral bonus for any validly referred new employee, after that new employee completes 6 weeks of active employment with RHOC. This bonus will apply to any referrals between 8/17/2021 and 11/9/2021 or later if the program is extended. A valid referral will be:

  1. The current employee making the referral completes and submits a new employee referral form, before the application for employment is made.
  2. The referred applicant is hired and is in continuing active employment for a period of 6 weeks from their date of employment with RHOC.

Red Hed extends Temporary Paid Leave benefit through 12/28/2021

Red Hed Oil Co. and its REDI MART stores has chosen to voluntarily continue its Temporary Paid Leave benefit policy through 12/28/2021.

Although the Federally funded program terminates on 9/30/2021, Red Hed is voluntarily, at its own cost extending this much needed supplemental income lifeline to its team members through 12/28/2021. The benefit will be administered under the same terms as the original FFCRA authorized program, so there will be NO CHANGES in this important benefit.

The impact of COVID-19 infections and the ordered or self-quarantines continues to be a weight upon each of us and our families. Worrying about losing a portion of your income because of it should not be.

The cost of providing the Temporary Paid Leave benefit from 10/1/2021 through 12/28/2021 is entirely at the expense of Red Hed Oil Co. and is a benefit to its employees.

Temporary Paid Leave Benefit Extended to 9/30/2021

Red Hed Oil Co. has chosen to voluntarily extend the Temporary Paid Leave Benefit, as authorized by Congress, until 9/30/2021. There are no changes to the program, its online application form or terms.

With the passing and signing into law on 12/30/2020 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 by the U.S. Congress and the President of the United States, the provisions that allow Red Hed Oil Co. / REDI MART to offer the Temporary Paid Leave Benefit have been extended beyond 12/31/2020 until 3/31/2021. The online application form does not change and no terms of the policy are changed from the original.

Summary of the temporary incentive pay program.

  • From April 1, 2020, until April 28, 2020 May 12, 2020 June 2, 2020, your employer will pay an incentive pay rate to all employees for hours worked.  This will apply to all salaried employees also.
  • The additional incentive rate is $2.00 per hour for hourly pay and $100.00 per week for salaried employees.

Temp Paid Leave Benefit Application is now online

We now have posted the online application form for the Temporary Paid Leave Benefit. This benefit only extends to employees who meet 1 of the 6 required reasons for needing to take a leave from work.

If you are one of the few #TeamREDIMART employees that is or has already taking or taken leave, you will still need to complete this form, before we can process your claim for Paid Leave.
