Temporary Incentive Pay Program extended until June 2, 2020

Summary of the temporary incentive pay program.

  • From April 1, 2020, until April 28, 2020 May 12, 2020 June 2, 2020, your employer will pay an incentive pay rate to all employees for hours worked.  This will apply to all salaried employees also.
  • The additional incentive rate is $2.00 per hour for hourly pay and $100.00 per week for salaried employees.

The incentive pay rate only applies to up to 40 regular hours per pay week.  You will earn Overtime at 1.5 times the incentive pay rate, for any hours over 40 hours per pay week.An employee may opt out of receiving this incentive pay if they choose.  There may be individual situations where the additional income may be a concern with qualifying for some other benefit an individual receives.This incentive pay is only applicable for hours worked and does not apply to any Paid Sick Leave or Vacation pay.This is a temporary benefit for those employees that are working hard for their families, their communities, and REDI MART during this crisis. Please contact the Red Hed Oil Co. office if you desire to opt-out of the incentive pay.
