It is about time that REDI MART had a way of communicating directly with its team employees.
I appreciate that all team Redi Mart is doing all they can to keep there selves customers and stores safe.

To ensure the safety of all our employees we will be installing plexiglass barriers between the cashier stations and our customers. This project will be completed within the next few days.
As a store manager I have been asked about hazardous pay or essential employee pay for our employees. They have brought to my attention that Fivestar and Speedway are offering this and I am not sure on an answer to give them.

Thank you for bringing this to REDI MART managements attention. We were already discussing the hardships that #TeamREDIMART are enduring at this time and what we could do to help. We have just announced a temporary incentive pay program that should help thank our people for the extra and extraordinary efforts of being an Essential Employee and ease burdens at home if there has been a loss of income elsewhere in the family.
