Summary of the temporary incentive pay program.
- From April 1, 2020, until
April 28, 2020May 12, 2020, your employer will pay an incentive pay rate to all employees for hours worked. This will apply to all salaried employees also. - The additional incentive rate is $2.00 per hour for hourly pay and $100.00 per week for salaried employees.
- The incentive pay rate only applies to up to 40 regular hours per pay week. You will earn usual Overtime pay rate, for any hours over 40 hours per pay week.
- An employee may opt out of receiving this incentive pay if they choose. There may be individual situations where the additional income may be a concern with qualifying for some other benefit an individual receives.
- This incentive pay is only applicable for hours worked and does not apply to any Paid Sick Leave or Vacation pay.
- This is a temporary benefit for those employees that are working hard for their families, their communities, and REDI MART during this crisis.
- An Incentive Pay Opt-Out form will be available soon for any employee wishing to opt out of receiving the incentive pay.

Just curious why don’t people that has work for this company more than 13 yrs just makes $1.10 more than some people that has only be here a year

Red Hed Oil Co. strives to pay a competitive wage for the position, performance, and time in service. Economics of each store and its local community dictate what the prevailing wage rate is.
BTW, the $1.10 per hour difference between a new to seasoned CSR pay rate is probably on the high end.
